Damaged Products. We will refund to you the full value of the damaged products (except for original delivery charges, taxes and any customs duties, if any) using the original payment method through which the order was paid.
Improperly delivered orders. If any of the received products is different from what you’ve ordered, then an arrangement to return the product will be made using the return process. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered within 30 days of receiving the order to merit a refund of the full amount paid, including delivery charges, taxes and any customs duties. Product substitution may be available. Also warranty against industry defects will be applied to damaged goods.
